I have a passion for people and a belief that clients already hold the answers, wisdom, and capacity within themselves. It is my job to walk alongside each client and help them access these resources. I believe that all people are good and when they know more, they have opportunities to make changes they desire.
My Approach to Therapy
As a Marriage and Family therapist associate, my approach includes family of origin exploration and how our early experiences have a profound influence on how we see ourselves, others, and the world, affecting how we cope and function in our daily lives.
My approach to individual, couples, and family therapy includes an integration of concepts in: family systems, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies, through a compassionate and non-judgmental lens.
